** Local normal mail not applicable for parcel 2kg and above (as determined by SingPost). If your order exceeds 2kg, we will inform you accordingly.
Estimated weight for reference (Per piece):
Accessories: 100-150g, Tops: 200-300g, Dresses: 300-500g,
Jeans/Jackets/Coats & other heavy apparel: 500-700g.
** For parcels 2kg and above but not exceeding S$200, you may wish to select our Local door-to-door delivery service @ only S$15.
** If you were to opt for mailing, parcels 2kg and above are to be mailed by SpeedPost Islandwide (Courier service by SingPost). Rates range from S$9.15 (3kg) to S$19.85 (10kg) for same day delivery. For exact rates, please visit www.speedpost.com.sg

Overseas registered airmail
We use postage services provided by SingPost, the most economical method, to mail all overseas parcels.
All overseas registered mail postage charges are calculated manually after you have submitted your orders to us. We calculate based on the EXACT weight of your order.
Typical apparels will weigh from 200g (blouse) to 500g (jeans/bags) per item depending on material. If you wish to check the exact weight of your item(s), please Email us BEFORE placing an order.

** Please note that we will register ALL overseas mail by default to prevent missing packages. An additional SG$2.20 is applicable. If you wish to opt out, we will NOT be responsible for any missing parcel.

Goods sold are non refundable.
Rainbow Paradise takes pride in bringing you non-defected goods. We ensure items are free of workmanship defects by checking every item before sending it to you.
However, if unfortunately you have received a defected item, kindly take a photo of the defect and Email to us. Upon our acknowledgement of your Email, kindly proceed to mail back the item to us within 2 working days.
If we send the wrong item due to our negligence, we will exchange it for you at our costs.
Items returned must be in its original state and packaging. It must not be worn, washed, or altered.
Exchanges are NOT allowed due to sizing issues as measurements are provided. Kindly check measurements before ordering. Thanks for your kind understanding.
In the event that you need to exchange any item, please notify us with an email within 2 days upon receiving your items OR latest within 5 days after we sent out your items.
