Payment modes:

After you have checked out your items, our system will send you an acknowledgement Email. Kindly make payments within 3 days.
- For Internet Banking, kindly use the same ID as your log in account.
- Kindly select your mode of payment during check out. Please double check that you have selected correctly!
***** IMPORTANT NOTE: Kindly Log In to your account to: Update your payment status + Key in the Date, Time of transfer & Transaction ID after you have made payment. Your order status will then change from 'Pending Payment' to 'Verifying Payment'.

Sold Out items are NOT available for purchase/check out. If you are interested in any of our Sold Out items, kindly check back every 3 to 5 days. We will only re-stock selected items & are subjected to our supplier's availability. Kindly do subscribe to our 'Newsletter' so that we are able to send you updates as soon as we have re-stocked.
No changes/cancellation is allowed once you have submitted your order.
If you are paying via funds transfer, we will change your order status from ‘Verifying Payment’ to ‘Processing’ within 48 hours after you have updated your payment status and that we have verified your payment. After which, your order will be mailed out shortly. After we have mailed out your order, we will change your order status from ‘Processing’ to ‘Delivered’. For more information on shipping, kindly refer to ‘Shipping & Returns’.

Overseas Buyers
We accept overseas payment from all major credit cards via PayPal.
PayPal processing fee of 3.4% + S$1.50 is applicable. This rate is determined and charged by PayPal.
Alternatively, you can also transfer into our bank via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
S$10 surcharge of inward T/T per transaction is applicable.
Therefore,T/T is not recommended for small orders.
After checking out your shopping cart, we will manually calculate your total cost including shipping fee. After which, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay using PayPal. You pay without revealing your credit card details to us. It is secured, instant, and hassle-free.
